Gecko Caribbean specializes in taking care of your investment as our own and we are responsible for the upkeep and care of your home in Playa del Carmen. We provide outstanding, personalized customer service with closeattention to detail.Our property management service includes:payment of all service and utility bills, Home Owners Association dues and assembly representation.In addition we provide scheduled cleaning and maintenance, which includes but is not limited to:

Airing out of the home, dusting, emptying and cleaning purified water tanks, mildew control, appliance check, flushing all toilets and running faucets, paint touch up, fumigating, floor to ceiling cleaning, window cleaning, full kitchenand bath cleaning, air condition filter maintenance, rotating mattresses and cushions.
